Synopsis
Craig's Variety Hour contained all the elements of a classic variety show or old-time revue.
The show included sketches, short films, re-creations of classic TV/movie scenes, musical acts, poetry readings and celebrity interviews. Plus what would a variety show be without commercials? These commercials, however, were made up onstage by former members of Polywumpus and the participation of our studio audience.
Some of the guests included during the celebrity interview portion of the show include, TV pioneer and Vice President of WHYY Paul Gluck, host of NPR's Radio Times Marty Moss-Coane, host of FLICKS, National Film Critic Patrick Stoner, and former City Planner of Philadelphia, Edmund Bacon.
